How long does shipping take for a custom saber?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom-built sabers requiring specific crystal tuning and hilt engraving, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

What is your return policy for combat-ready blades?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your lightsaber has not been used in heavy dueling and remains in pristine condition, you can return it for a full refund.

Are the blades durable enough for actual dueling?

Yes, our 'Combat Grade' polycarbonate blades are designed for heavy clashing. However, our 'Neopixel' display blades are recommended for cosplay and light flow arts only.

Do you offer international shipping to the Outer Rim?

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, and customers are responsible for any local customs duties or planetary import taxes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure digital wallets. Unlike some cantinas, we do not accept Republic Credits or Imperial Credits at this time.

Does my lightsaber come with a warranty?

Every Official Lightsaber® comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering electronic defects and hilt craftsmanship. This does not cover damage from extreme impact or water immersion.
